TASTING NOTE:Aimande is old French for Amandier, an almond tree. The 2022 combines grapes from Planchots, coming from Jean-Michel Jacob, and the F?ry holding of Ez Connardises. A light green touch to the colour, quite fresh but with a suggestion of depth as well. I like what happens on the second half of the palate before a slight oatmeal touch and a little drier at the finish. Drink from 2025-2027.

Domaine Jean Fery & Fils is a family-run winery located in the beautiful village of ? chevronne between Beaune and Nuits-Saint- Georges. The vineyards span over 14 hectares (34 acres) from the north to the south of Burgundy in famous appellations. WINEMAKING:Biologically certified grapes are pressed immediately with stems to avoid any chance of oxidation. The juice is kept cold and left to settle for 24 hours before being fed back into oak barrels, 50% new French oak, to begin malolactic fermentation
