TASTING NOTE:A blend of two premiers crus: Cloux and Vauvry. The aromas are more fruit-driven than the Hautes-C?tes de Beaune 2022 just tasted but there's still a flinty aroma and a hint of toasty oak. There's gentle and pure citrus. Rounded and relatively soft in the mouth and just a slight bitterness on the finish, though that does add to the already present freshness. Tastes as if there is some oak influence here but it is subtle. Slightly sour on the finish. The components are in place but don't seem to be fully meshed.

Domaine Jean Fery & Fils is a family-run winery located in the beautiful village of ? chevronne between Beaune and Nuits-Saint- Georges. The vineyards span over 14 hectares (34 acres) from the north to the south of Burgundy in famous appellations. WINEMAKING:Biologically certified grapes are pressed immediately with stems to avoid any chance of oxidation. The juice is kept cold and left to settle for 24 hours before being fed back into oak barrels, 50% new French oak, to begin malolactic fermentation
