TASTING NOTE:Located at the northern section of En Charlemagne. A clear pale fresh colour, a very light reduction �V cauliflower suggests Fran?ois. Not extrovert, and in a sector where later picking is not a bad idea. Fresh citrus is quite prominent, with good tension. This Corton-Charlemagne could use more middle palate weight, but a sound example with good persistence. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted: February 2024.(JM)

Domaine Jean Fery & Fils is a family-run winery located in the beautiful village of ? chevronne between Beaune and Nuits-Saint- Georges. The vineyards span over 14 hectares (34 acres) from the north to the south of Burgundy in famous appellations. WINEMAKING:Biologically certified grapes are pressed immediately with stems to avoid any chance of oxidation. The juice is kept cold and left to settle for 24 hours before being fed back into oak barrels, 50% new French oak, to begin malolactic fermentation
